Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who We Are
BISCLO ("BISCLO", "we", "us", or "our") is a Florida, United States company that builds autonomous AI agents, data workflows, and connected applications. This policy applies to the BISCLO website and to the applications and connectors BISCLO develops and operates, including conversational assistants distributed through third-party platforms such as ChatGPT.
2. Scope of This Policy
Some of our applications are built for clients and presented under a client brand (for example, a vehicle-shopping assistant). Regardless of the brand shown to the end user, BISCLO is the operator of the underlying service, and the data practices described here apply.
3. Information We Process
Conversation inputs
When you interact with one of our assistants, we process the content of your messages (for example, a vehicle make, price range, VIN, or mileage) solely to generate a response. Our vehicle-shopping tools are read-only: they return inventory, financing estimates, and informational content.
Technical data
Our servers process the technical information needed to deliver a response. Application logs record which tool was called, the names of the parameters sent, timing, and error messages; they are not designed to store the content of your conversation, although an error message may occasionally include a submitted value (such as a VIN or a price). Our cloud hosting and web application firewall also process network metadata, including your IP address, request timestamps, and request size, to route requests, apply rate limits, and block abuse. We do not use this metadata to profile you or to track you across sites. We do not require you to create an account, and our public tools do not ask for names, contact details, or payment information.
Website data
When you visit bisclo.com, we may collect standard analytics and use cookies as described in our cookie notice. You can manage cookie preferences through the consent controls on the site.
4. How We Use Information
- To respond to your request and operate the assistant or connector you are using.
- To maintain, secure, debug, and improve our services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use the content of your conversations to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information.
5. Third-Party Platforms & Data Sources
When you access our assistant through a third-party platform (such as ChatGPT), that platform's own privacy policy governs how it handles your interaction before it reaches our service. Our tools may also query third-party data providers (for example, vehicle inventory or market data) to produce a response; those providers process only the minimum query data needed to return a result.
6. Data Sharing
We share information only: (a) with service providers and infrastructure vendors acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; (b) when required by law or to protect our rights; or (c) with your consent. We do not sell personal information.
7. Data Retention
Operational logs, including any IP address and timestamps they contain, are retained for up to 24 months and are then automatically deleted. We keep them only for security, debugging, and legal compliance; data needed to investigate abuse or to meet a legal obligation may be kept longer only for as long as that purpose requires. We do not keep a separate copy of your conversations: the conversation itself is stored by the platform you use (for example, ChatGPT) under that platform's own policy. You can ask us to delete log entries associated with you by contacting us using the information below.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
12. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
